On line bookings

We have noticed that the test on e mail confirmations are not totally correct as follows. Has anyone else noticed this?

1. This email confirmation of the booking includes the time of the session but the cancellation confirmation only states the date & not the time.

2. Also, this booking confirmation says "if you wish to cancel......this booking, please call our office..." but I was able to make the cancellation on-line?
