Cotswold Bowls Club are considering how we can move to cashless payments for Rink Fees. Whilst we will never get 100% take up for cashless payments, I would be interested to find out what ideas other Clubs have to accept cashless payments .

Do you have pre-paid vouchers?

Does any one have any ideas on a self service payment machine?

Cotswold Bowls Club dose not employ a Manager so there are occasions when people come to have a roll up and leave the payment in an envelope.

If anyone wants to speak directly with me my mobile number is 07779972959

Hi Les,
We are currently investigating the same thing and about to sign up (assuming BT Openreach can ever get the internet connection working) with SQUARE who provide a flexible (no contract cost - 1.75% on transaction) regime. We also looked at iZettle and Sumup. Both of which work fine but I prefer the look of the Square kit and they have a good stock control system for the bar stuff.

Assuming you have broadband in your Club house to give you wifi access (or preferably) ethernet connection.
